A Special Gift

Our nieces Brooklyn & Bridgette gave us the sweetest gift for the child that we will be bringing home. On the ribbon around the bear's neck it say's Every good and perfect gift is from above...James 1:17. How true that is! We are so blessed and just had to share this with everyone! :o)

Help!!

I first just want to say that we are so blessed! I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas. We enjoyed spending time with our loved ones and celebrating our Saviour. We were so blessed with a generous donation to our Adoption fund during Christmas by our dear friends and we are so thankful and blessed. We are so excited about adopting our son or daughter from Ethiopia and really don't want money to get in the way of giving a child a home. We have all our paperwork signed and ready to send in, we are in need of  $300 so we can send in our first portion of money. This is out of our comfort zone to ask for money, and we know money is tight with everyone but we really don't have any other options. We need to raise $35,000+ to adopt our child! We are in need of your help! Please pray about this and let us know if you can help in any way. We would also love to hear fund raising ideas if you have any. We will continue to keep everyone updated and thank you for walking with us through this journey.

We were Approved!

On December 9, 2011 we were officially approved to start the Ethiopia adoption process! We are so excited and nervous at the same time. But, we are trusting in the Lord and know that he will provide!
